We do offer a 48 hour EXCHANGE policy. (ONE EXCHANGE ALLOWED PER CUSTOMER)

Exchange Policy

If you receive your item and it is too small or too big you have 48hrs (no exceptions) upon receiving it to email or call us with your name and order number. Once we have verified your order you will receive an email.  The item must then be shipped the following day and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.  The item must be in its original packaging and in brand new condition.  You will be invoiced via PayPal for shipping charges.  Please indicate the size you are exchanging for on the invoice.  Once your paid invoice has been received with the updated size, your waist trainer will be shipped.

Exchanges can take up to 5-7 business days to process. 
 
Exchanges can be a hassle, therefore please take the time to review the size chart carefully before purchasing.
